Nepenthe's goal as a company is to provide a format for the urban art and entertainment groups to show their full sensory creativity, while not losing any of the aesthetics of the underground. This night is dedicated to the carnival that is the urban lifestyle: visual artists, musicians, and performers. Artists from across the Midwest will come together to display cross-disciplinary works in an informal and impromptu setting. During this encompassing of garage art, electronics, mechanics, sound, and the modern primitives, we hope to show what happens when low art and technology collide, while all sharing a common boundary.
