The news station come up with polls of who/what the US population is supporting and not supporting when you know there is no way in hell they came to your part of town and asked a soul.

I get polled at home from time to time, and I loooove f***ing w/ them.

I got asked If I liked Napster a few years ago and replyed by going on a tirade about how bad it itched and how the doctor gave me some sticky cream to cure it...

after a minute the woman stops me and says " I mean Napster the File shareing program on the internet..."

I think polls are crap. No way a "representative sample" can reflect the views of an entire population. I think polling is used more in an effort to steer public opinion than to measure it.

give me a poll and i'll it shove up your.... j'k. but really you can always 'find' the group of people your looking for to get the stats you want. then you can quote all damn day long about how the 1,000 people surveyed.... blah, blah, blah. 9 out 10 people say that's what i think.
