after all the advice i got from folks here on the board to deal with my problem neighbor who hates our music, i thought i owed you all an update.

it's priceless...

after all the threats and craziness where she tried to drive away our buyer, we still managed to get the place sold in spite of all her antics.

and the buyer? another musician. turns out, he plays congas. he can't wait to have his friends over to jam.

thanks, yes, nice to know there is a shred of justice taking place once in awhile. we're staying put in oakland and the new place we're looking at has plenty of space between us and the neighbors, no attached walls (finally!!) just right for a great big move-in house party...

The folks on this site are great on a#*hole neighbor advice. I had a problem with my neighbor turning my power off a few mounts back and I got many good revenge ideas from rotting garbage on the doorstep to the flameing bag of poo. Luckly for me, after I went down there to bitch, I didn't have any more problems. Hopefully everything works out for you and don't forget your tenent rights :D
