Free Antivirus/Firewall Software

Im tried of people getting virus and not protecting ther computer i have a smc router/firewall and my shits in order here's your chance to get some protection for your pc only pc users
this is not shareware it the full corp verion of software that my job has offered us for home and at work users of the computer so please also run the microsoft update as well if u would like to learn some things about xp pro get the xp e book its a good learning tool its a mcse traing book very good stuff also u can get the free surfer it helps on blocking pop up this 2 is from my job, the University of Texas at Austin they keep us updated with free software spy bot is another of there software 2 they gave us for use in the real server folder is the helix producer for people who wanna make real audio files full version but i lost the key for it so good luck people
by the way the software im talking about is the symantec antivirus and firewall

i get off at 8 tonight ill try and give u a holla tonight marbll just gotta finish helping some one on there computer back in illinois been helping them with this remote assititant but hope all fine on the credit part if u ned to d/l any credit repair kit from me go ahead it should held aswell but thank god i didnt get hit with anyform of virus just been on top of my shit asfar as updates and the lastest antivirus its been crazy but the babay is doing good i still have 2 send u some pic of her so just hang in there and ill holla
